Service Name: ARIA Wellness | Provider: StoneLab Inc.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of ARIA Wellness ("Service") provided by StoneLab Inc. ("Company", "we", or "us"), and establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.
2. Definitions
- "Service" refers to all healthcare and digital content services provided via mobile or other platforms.
- "User" means any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- "Content" includes any audio, guided sessions, images, videos, or text provided through the Service.
3. Modifications
- These Terms are displayed in the app or linked pages and may be amended as needed.
- Any updates will be posted with the effective date and apply prospectively.
4. Service Provision and Modification
- The Company provides wellness-oriented digital content via streaming or download.
- Content and features may be updated or discontinued at the Company's discretion.
5. User Obligations
Users may not:
- Use others' personal information fraudulently
- Copy, transmit, modify, resell, or distribute content without authorization
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Disrupt service operations
- Treat the Service as a substitute for professional medical advice or care
Additionally:
- Users must pay applicable fees when using paid services.
- Minors must obtain legal guardian consent before any paid use; unauthorized transactions may be canceled by guardians.
6. Intellectual Property
All content is owned or licensed by the Company or third parties. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
7. Paid Services and Subscriptions
- Paid features (e.g., premium content, subscriptions) are optional and clearly disclosed.
- Prices, billing methods, and refund policies are presented in-app or on our website.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Subscriptions must be managed through the user's App Store account (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
- Refunds for purchases via the Apple App Store must be requested through Apple.
- Digital content may not be refundable once accessed or streamed beyond a threshold.
8. Apple App Store Policy
- If purchased via Apple, all billing and refund issues are subject to Apple's terms and policies.
- Users must manage subscriptions directly through their Apple ID settings.
- Refunds from Apple are governed solely by Apple, not the Company.
9. Privacy
We process and protect personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, including California law (CCPA).
10. Termination
Users may terminate their account at any time through in-app settings. Data is retained and deleted per applicable laws and our data retention policy.
11. Disclaimers
- The Company is not liable for outages caused by force majeure or user-side errors.
- The Service does not provide any guaranteed medical benefits or disease treatment.
12. International Use and Governing Law
- The Service may be accessed globally, but legality and localization are not guaranteed.
- Users are responsible for complying with local laws.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction. For users outside Korea, international law may apply.
13. Dispute Resolution
Unspecified issues will follow relevant law and common practices. Disputes are subject to the competent court at the Company's headquarters unless otherwise specified by law.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms are effective as of June 9, 2025.
